Carrier packet
We need your W-9, certificate of insurance naming Prairie Loop Logistics LLC as certificate holder, signed broker-carrier agreement and a voided check or factoring notice of assignment. Packets received before noon are usually approved the same day.
Terms and privacy
Standard payment terms are net 30 from receipt of a clean proof of delivery; quick pay at 2 percent is available for carriers. We collect only the business contact information you provide and the server logs of this website, which are retained for seven days. We do not sell contact data, and we do not use advertising cookies on this site.
